My Story

I grew up near Sheffield, having always fiddled about with cameras trying to capture the beauty of the world around me, it's people and stories. I eventually studied Film and Media Production, with a focus on cinematography and editing, but quickly found a love for all things photography alongside.

Throughout my career I've worked in fixed roles within production companies as a camera and edit assistant, or getting intimate with gear in the kit room. To eventually operating as a freelance Photographer, Videographer and Editor having had the pleasure of working with a wide range of individual clients, businesses and organisations throughout the years both in the UK and overseas.

I've captured weddings, fashion models and London Fashion Week, businesses such as restaurants, community centers and renewable companies. I've also worked on music events, social issue events and festivals as well as collaborating with the likes of The Green Party and NGO's such as UN Women and Care International.

I also have a deep passion for documentary photography, having travelled many parts of the world to work on my own projects, some of which has been exhibited in the UK and abroad, or published in magazines after contest wins. This diverse experience has given me a great ability to adapt to different goals or visions of those I work with.

Kit: I've operated with Canon (C300, 5D and R ranges) as well as Sony hardware (A7 and FX ranges) and currently use my own Canon R5 with 4K and 8K video features. Full kit list will be supplied upon request.
